How an LED Token Display Works
The flow is simple. A visitor takes a token with a number. The staff member at the counter presses a button when ready for the next person. The display then updates to show the new number, often with a beep or sound to attract attention.
Inside, a controller receives the button signal, adds one to the current number (or recalls a number if needed) and sends the new value to the LED digits. Larger systems can show the counter number as well, so visitors know where to go.
Because the logic is simple, installation and training take little time, and staff quickly get used to the routine.
