Clean the housing with a soft dry cloth and keep dust away from vents. Avoid liquids and strong chemicals.

If the display is blank, check power and cables. If a keypad does nothing, confirm its connection or replace batteries if it uses them.

For persistent faults, contact the supplier rather than opening the unit.
